In Ancient times, the Altis was a sacred space dedicated to athletes, who attained god-like status and honor in society. We explore how this idealized history translates into the present day and near future. Through materiality, color and form, we reimagine the intersection of ancient times with modern interpretations of competition and glory. Altis Ornamentum is a shrine dedicated to the art of sport, told through the ornamentum of Moniomi. 

With its ever-changing hues, the sky became the inspiration for our color palette. Vibrant by day, soothing by night, Altis is awash in a spectrum of rich, deep hues. The surrounding haze of the exact moment when the sun and the moon meet, is represented with luxe materials and a demure palette. The palette is a softening of a traditionally masculine space with a touch of modern femininity.
